Coaching is an ongoing relationship between our professional coaches and the organisation, which focuses on the CEO and the leadership team to take consistent action toward the realization of their vision, goals or desires. Our coaching uses a process of inquiry, tools, facilitation and discovery to build a new set of habits, create accountability and drive results. To create a common lingo, it will be ideal for the initial kick of f to have all leaders with decision making authority to be involved. This will allow common understanding of the objectives, expected outcomes and efforts to be aligned.

An invitation to participate in our preliminary assessment will be sent. It is the 4 Decisions Assessment and is valued at USD$2,500 with a 90 minute debrief. However this investment will be made complimentary upon the endorsement of our 18-month coaching journey. This assessment is made available to both the CEO as well as his/her leadership team (up to 10 members). Upon completion of our assessment, a checklist will be provided to understand the profile of the organisation. At this stage, other assessment may also be conducted to allow in-depth understanding of the organisation.

It is said that more is less, it will be optimal for any organisation to involve all business unit leaders. We have done for a group size for as small as 4 pax to approx. 24 pax for large organisations with multiple businesses.

Please bring along writing materials, an open mind and your “A” attitude to apply your learning to your business for our practical coaching sessions. Tools and exercises will be provided in the sessions to drive towards your current business goals.

Firstly, an internal scaling Up ambassador will be appointed and he will help to ensure that the execution of the actions from our sessions are carried out. Secondly, we will have timely scheduled zoom calls to check in on the progress. Thirdly, we will monitor your daily huddle via your preferred communication platform (Whatsapp, Viber, Wechat or Line). Fourthly, we have a open communication channel that allows purposeful dialogue and queries of our lead business coach. Lastly, we will check in face to face on a quarterly basis to review the results, reinforce the actions & create new learning towards your business goal.

The sessions are best facilitated face to face so as to prevent any technical glitches or inconveniences however we are flexible to accommodate the organisation’s need to achieve maximum effectiveness.

This 18 months journey is a tried and tested period that we have experimented over master classes, coaching clinics of 3 – 6- 9 – 12 months and observed that it will take approximate 12 months to instil new discipline and create top line improvements. 18months will also the new habits to be solidify with the intention to transfer the key learnings of scaling up for the organisation to continue on their own.

There is a certain flow that we have created after our many years of experience with organisation of various size and revenue however we usually do contextualise our order based on the organisation’s priorities and need.

Our sessions are usually done in a hotel’s seminar room or the organisation’s conference room and can be made available in different locations subject to where the organisationis established. We have conducted in various languages in Singapore, Vietnam, Philippines, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Nepal

Growth Catalyst looks for business owners who are constantly looking out for solutions to create breakthrough in their business. An alignment check will be conducted prior to the actual engagement to determine the gaps within the organisation before charting the roadmap. This discovery phase help our business coaches to understand the profile of the company, what are their greatest painpoint and maximise our ability to co-create the success. The assessment is done through an online tool which will take approximately 20 minutes.

Based on our experience, time is required to build new habits. With fresh focus on the critical activities to be done, leaders will need at least 12 months to see results. The remaining 6 months allow us to follow through with the clients to ensure that they are capable to continue the rhythm that have been set.

As we are not based within the country, it is important to have a scaling up ambassador to follow through the tasks that have been set in every facilitation session. This will allow development of the scaling up ambassador to take over our role .
