First of all, thank you Jeremy for helping us to transform our business.

The first step is that I transformed my mindset. I noticed that people kept talking about business transformation, but the leader needs to transform first.

I noticed that even I still spend too much time focusing on our old ways of running a business, which also known as traditional business model. In other words, we only focus on the wheels without looking at the roads.

In the past, I sometimes looked at the roads, but I didn’t have a good method to capture opportunity and take action. People know there are business opportunities but they don’t know how to capture them.

For me, I have made my first step. I have also spent a lot more time on learning new methods and business concepts. In my opinion, there are a lot of opportunities in this world. We need to invest time and energy on how to capture business opportunities. After coaching, my business core strength & foundation are built and my team continue to execute and run the process.

Established in 1990, York Choi is a leading manufacturer and distributor of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) and building automation products. The “Flying Horse” brand of products include VAV (Variable Air Volume) products, Air distribution products, Air flow measurement products, building automation products etc. Their products were widely used in large scale governmental, commercial and residential projects in Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China. 

Terence is the Managing Director and also the second generation business owner. He founded the new brand- Flying Horse for VAV products few years ago. Since then, he wanted to growth the business and expand their market.

Achievement: In 2020, the company discovered their niche market, gradually grows their business over the years and dominated 50% market share in this industry.
